C25/D25 series high pressure heavy hydraulic cylinder
This series has a total of 16 cylinder diameter specifications, each with 2*8 assembly types, which constitute 256 varieties. The hydraulic cylinder is a double-acting single-piston type, differential cylinder and constant-speed cylinder with adjustable buffer (or without) and can be equipped with a protective cover. C25 series bore diameter D=50~400mm can be equipped with built-in displacement sensor.
The basic performance parameters conform to the national standard and ISO standard. The installation type and size conform to the German steel mill standard, which is consistent with REXROTH's "CD250, CG250", Italian FOSSA's "DINTYPE200/250" series, and also with British ELRAM's "Series250K". The series is basically the same. In the C25 series high-pressure heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder (bore diameter D=50~400mm), the built-in displacement sensor can be equipped to realize high-speed and precise automatic control of the hydraulic cylinder.。
The displacement sensor works by the principle of magnetostriction. When the moving magnet magnetic field intersects with the magnetic field generated by the waveguide current pulse in the sensor, a continuous strain pulse is generated to sense the movement position of the piston. (or speed of movement).Since the sensing elements are non-contact, the continuous sensing process does not cause any wear on the sensor.It can be used in high temperature, high pressure, high oscillation and high impact working environment.Depending on the function, the displacement sensor has a variety of output options.
