Product description

The high-pressure gear pump of this series adopts three-piece structure, high-strength die-casting aluminum alloy pump body, small volume, high pressure and long service life.

The pump bearing is made of wear-resistant anti-pollution, impact-resistant SF-type composite material rolled DU bearing, floating pressure side plate, tooth "broom" can make the pump axial clearance under various working conditions control in the optimal range to ensure high volumetric efficiency of the pump.Therefore, the pump has the characteristics of small volume, high pressure, long service life and large carrying capacity.The front and rear pump cover and pump body are connected by two pins and eight screws for easy disassembly, repair and replacement.。

Due to the above characteristics, CB-HB series medium and high pressure gear pumps can be widely used in engineering, lifting transportation, mining, agricultural machinery and other mechanical and hydraulic systems.
