Gear synchronous shunt motor
Product features
This product is made up of gear motors with the same displacement and is used for the synchronous circuit of multi-cylinder and motor in the hydraulic system.
Synchronization is achieved by synchronous shunting of the main pump flow, and it is also possible to achieve equal-distribution according to user requirements.

Precautions for use
Synchronous motor synchronization accuracy
Aluminum alloy motor ±1.5%~±2.5%, cast iron motor ±2.5%~±3.5%
In order to achieve high synchronization performance, it is recommended that the hydraulic system be designed to meet the following requirements:
The speed of the splitter must not be lower than 1000 rpm.
The load on all cylinders or motors should be as uniform as possible.
Under a certain constant temperature, when the working pressure range is 10~21MPa, the viscosity of the medium should be about 40cst.
Minimum flow
Should be designed according to 1000rpm, the maximum speed is not higher than 2300rpm
Noise level
Gear splitter will have a loud noise at over 1800 rpm
Pressure drop characteristics
For gear splitters, the inlet and outlet pressure drop is generally between 1 and 1.2 MPa.
