Features

High pressure,large flow

Type 04 valve with a maximum flow of 300L/min. The pressure reached 31.5 MPa. This makes the system design more compact.

Low pressure drop

Since the pressure drop of each valve is greatly reduced, the energy saving effect of the system is increased.

The combination easy to change control type and draining method

The combination of control mode and drain mode (internal and external) can be changed by installing and removing the hydraulic oil plug.

Parameters

★1 The maximum flow rate refers to the limit flow when the valve action (commutation) is normal. See the standard menu for details.

★2 For the internal relief type valve, the pressure difference between the control pressure and the back pressure of the return port must be greater than the minimum control pressure.

2.The maximum flow rate in the above table is the value when the flow rate is as shown in the following figure, that is, P→B→A→B→T (or P→B→A→T).

When the valve is used in the case of "A" or B port blocking, the maximum flow rate varies depending on the hydraulic circuit conditions. Please contact us for details.
