BST/BSG Electromagnetic control overflow valve
Description: The valve is composed of overflow valve and solenoid valve. The valve can be unloaded by using electrical signals, or the system can be controlled by two or three pressures by using remote control relief valve.

Model explanation
Remote control type
Optional(with anti-shock valve)
The anti-shock valve is installed between the relief valve of the remote control type 2B3A and 2B3B and the electromagnetic reversing valve. Slowly reduce the remote control pressure from the set pressure to the unloading to prevent the impact on the main circuit。
The unloading pressure is the same as that of the anti-impact valve without.
Precaution for use
Remotely controlled relief valve for remote control, vibration may occur if the internal volume of the line is too large. Therefore, the inner diameter and length of the piping should be minimized.。
When making pressure adjustment, first loosen the lock nut, clockwise when supercharging, counterclockwise when depressurizing, and slowly rotate the handle. After adjusting the pressure, the nut must be tightened.
The piping of the return port shall not be connected to any other circuit pipe, but shall be returned directly to the tank.
At low flow rates, the regulation pressure is unstable. The flow should be greater than the minimum flow in the table below。

1.The adjustment pressure is limited by the installed retaining ring. When a certain working pressure cannot be reached, some retaining rings are removed. A retaining ring is equivalent to 10 MPa.
2.There are 2 pressure ports, which can be used as an inlet, and the other can be used as an outlet straight connection or a pressure port.
